We are committed to ensuring that your experience with Ownvault remains as exceptional as the pieces you wear.


Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must remain intact.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, or damage.

Any item that does not meet these criteria will not qualify for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

As a luxury streetwear label, certain pieces are produced in limited or exclusive drops.
The following items are non-returnable unless received in defective or damaged condition:

  • Limited edition releases

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Customized designs

  • Final sale items

Exclusivity defines our brand — and certain collections are crafted to remain rare.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photographic evidence for verification

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to the original payment method

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  3. After the item is received and inspected, confirmation will be provided

Please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing after receipt.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Ownvault is not responsible for items lost during return transit


Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges (subject to availability) to ensure your oversized silhouette fits as intended.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery
